Among the things Tintaglia had accomplished in the last few days, one was obviously getting a nice Suit-Dress created that accommodated her more humanoid form, which she wore stiffly and uncomfortably.

Entering the dining room, she nods at Myrrh in greeting.

"Good afternoon Myrrh, and you too Felix"
Felix doesn't miss a beat. "Excellent! I'm doing well too, thank you so very much for asking."

"Mmm... unfortunately, I think I'll have to pass. Not one for the spotlight, myself."
Actually enjoying light herself, she cannot help but make a jab at Felix "Really? You could have fooled me about that yesterday Felix."

He does a half bow in his chair.

"Then my acting skills are better than I thought."

"Suit yourself," Myrrh says, staring at the doors expectantly. "And there goes my peace and quiet..." he mutters.

Having heard the word 'spotlight', Leena flies in in a graceful spiral, showing off a trick that a human fighter plane could never perform before landing on the same chair as the last time.

"Good afternoon, representatives."

The cheerful-looking staff member continues to wipe an unused table clean. "Quite."[/font Myrrh sighs as he moves back and relaxes on his chair for a brief moment before standing up.

"Everyone, the agenda for today includes the various issues with which the public are criticizing the government for. We have gathered through various polls on the major crises affecting the general monster populace, which are as follows..." as Myrrh continues to rattle on, listing problems, the hooded staff member pets Leena on the head.

"Madam, are you enjoying yourself?" His face can't be seen through the cloak, but he sounds male. If a little high-pitched.

Melie had already changed out of his (uncomfortable) formal lcothes into something more comfortable. Since this is still a formal meeting, he has worn a simple buttoned shirt. He was scribbling somethingnon his notepad which started out as a record of the meeting, but had already devolved into him doodling the representatives.

Leena is startled by the sudden touch.

"Sir, please don't touch me without permission. And yes, I am in fact enjoying myself; I slept extremely well knowing the difference we're going to make."

"But," the hooded staff member steps back, looking at the perfectly pristine condition of the café. "Everything is so... dirty."

"And as I said yesterday, I'm here to. Fix. Messes."

Punctuating the last few words so sharply would probably sound more badass if Leena wasn't so tiny.

"You've tried so hard during those years in the Styx, what makes you think you're capable of it now? Do you think you've gained respect at all, madam 'Bird Jesus'?" His tone remains cheerful.

Tintaglia, who had taken a liking to Leena just started growling a little.

"As many of you there may be, you're missing a crucial step." The hooded figure leans over the bird, ignoring the dragon beside her. "A secret. Something you should know by now that you don't want to." Ever closer he leans, laughing. "Did you really think the Uriah has forgiven the monsters already?"

Myrrh blinks. "You. Stop bothering the representative." The hooded man doesn't respond.

If Leena is at all intimidated, she's not showing it. She looks the staff member in the eyes.

"No. That's why we're here, negotiating. Forgiveness aside, there is enough good faith to build a café, would you argue?"
