Putting her hands on her hips she clicked her beak distastefully. Looking at Gerant with a skeptical eye.

"Dodging and running are two different things. I have integrity. I will not run. Do not over exaggerate I look fine for a bird person. My body is structured differently than your's, of course, I do not look like bulging muscle. I have these wings to fly and I would not be able to fly if I was so weak. Do not judge by appearances entirely. It is disadvantageous."

Freyja comes back out from a room with a desk in it, which she placed the stacks of paper on. She looks to Attakul with a certain flare in her eye.
"So, Attakul, ready for a duel?"

Attakul gives a small chuckle and nod's clearly feeling a bit of eagerness.

Freyja takes a few steps back, drawing her sword. She turns on her heel to face Attakul, her blade erupting in flame as she casts Azor Ahai.

Attakul raises an eyebrow giving a tut before speaking.

"That is not a training weapon Miss Freyja. Foreshame! "

Looking amused Attakul heads into the building and takes flight...she will try to grab any training wooden daggers or anything of the like to use as weapons instead of yyou know...stabbing Miss freyja with actual weapons.

Geraint resigns himself to sitting nearby, with Elaine if possible. He watches the fight closely.

The steward nods, jotting down the request, Ah, yes, Lady Cecil spoke of this. It shall be done, you have my word."

Elaine, for her part, is avoiding the duel entirely, preferring to stay somewhere quiet.

"There aren't any around, so these will have to do. Just make sure to pull your swings."

Several days pass and the group finds itself in Agilulf's Guild Hall. Having gotten all of the paperwork sorted out, it was finally time for Agilulf to dispense the missions to his fellow adventurers.

The king had sent only three missions to be handled as of yet: The Alchemist's Sorrow, The Renegade Automaton, and The rumors of a Necromancer. The missions all include more info in the papers, and each mission is enclosed in a sealed envelope. All three missions must be taken care of simultaneously, as by the Emperor's request.

Freyja signs up for the Necromancer mission, feeling that's where her abilities lie best.

Geraint mulls over the decision for himself. He wonders irritaredly why the missions are so vaguely named. Like cheap adventure stories, he thought.
