Freyja rolls her eyes, then smiles at Pitua.
"Nice to meet you. The name's Freyja."

Pitua looks at Agilulf oddly. Still nervous and blushing, but she doesn't seem to have gotten the compliment.

"Uh... Thank you?"

She gives a nervous smile to Freyja.

"The pleasure is mine! My name is Pitua."

"A pleasure to make your acquaintance. Now then, drinks!"
Freyja turns on her heel, and heads towards the tavern.

Elaine simply nods at Pitua as she follows Freyja, remaining with her face concealed.

[SOLDIER First]

"...I'm Geraint," says Geraint.

Aspen heads to he tavern for a drink or ten.

Elaine, meanwhile, just takes notes of people's names. These people seemed decent enough, but then most people did.

She'd have to stay on her guard. The one called Geraint was most trustworthy; he didn't hide anything about himself, making his intentions clear. The ones called Agiluf and Freyja were less so; not evil people, not as far as Elaine could tell, and they had helped fight and claimed to protect the innocent, but then so did Elaine, and she was nowhere near taintless. The slimewoman Pitua seemed trustworthy too, but Elaine knew nothing about her, not yet.

The Tavern group comes upon a tavern by the name of The Augmented Toad. A more rustic feeling of a building, considering the nature of most of the capital's buildings, but still showing signs of brick and mortar. Inside, the tavern is bustling with customers, tended to by waiters and waitresses quickly moving to and fro in odd attire resembling formal suits. The group takes a seat at a round table, and with a wave of Freyja's hand, pints of cheap ale are brought to the table by a couple of the busy wait staff. Freyja takes a cup to her hand.
"So, would anyone like to make a toast?"

((OK gonna take an opportunity to get back in))

Aspen, who decided she needed a few drinks, happens to pick the same tavern as Freja, and noticing them approaches
"Hey ... you helped fight the ... things before right, I'll get your first drinks"

And aspen orders them all an ale

Elaine shakes her head at the ale, muttering a quiet "thank you" as she's given an ale, but doesn't lift her head up to be seen nor offers to make a toast.

Freyja nods.
"Yes, we did. You were there, yeah?"

"Yes I was, I stayed behind to make sure the civilians were okay before coming here.  You fight quite well."

With two mugs in front of him, Agilulf isn't quite sure what to do for a bit. After a moment of thought he lifts them both in the air in a toast.
"Too our generous, and lovely, patrons who are so kindly have bought us our drinks."
Agilulf winks at Aspen.

Aspen is not certain what to make of the wink, but does grab an unused chair and join the group

Pitua quietly sits at the table, sipping her ale. Anyone who had eyes could see the ale floating around insider her head for a bit, before sinking below, out of sight.

She has removed her hood, and her 'hair' is now in view, as it quietly wobbles. "Thanks, f-for the ale..."
