First off, the doctor was so that we could figure out if there was stuff that needed doing.
Second off, I included some stabilizing magic in the summoning, to help counteract that thing he was describing.
Finally, what is a person who specializes in paradoxes - which, I may add, are time-based, not planar-based - supposed to do to help?

I've done it! Nobody else cares, but maybe you people will.

I have created a warhammer unlike any other! The spike is sharp enough to punch through even the hardest of hides, and the hammer is incredibly balanced!

I can swing it with the utmost ease, and yet it is capable of denting even my best plate armor!

Any of you people know how to enchant things?

What sort of self-respecting wizard doesn't know how to enchant things? It's not in my usual purview (no one around here is rich enough to afford that sort of thing), but I still remember how it's done.

If you can make it to the village of Highwater, you'll find my tower only a few miles away. I can bring your warhammer to the IWE and work on it there.

Having said that, I must warn you: please do not come to Highwater if you are arachnophobic. Even a little bit. You will not be happy.

Arachnophobic?

The last time I saw a book was the Great Burning. Makes it hard to learn these fancy words and means that you guys use.

Of course, being literate is useful, especially when the "Royal" Guard thinks that they are the only ones who can read.

That note was interesting, especially since there was no such place. The directions he gave me would've landed me in a "secure" area, in which I would have been arrested and sent to the Hound Pits for bloody execution. Or victory. Victory is supposedly possible.

Not that anyone ever manages to win.

My apologies. Arachnophobic means "afraid of spiders".

Yes, just got back from the IWE! It ran a bit long this year; Merlin had this absolutely fascinating demonstration on the benefits and dangers of the Elemental Plane of Spice. Suffice to say that there were more than a few burned tongues before it was all over.

Elemental plane of...
Y'know what? I'm not sure I want to know.

They have anything about constructs there?

There at the expo? Oh yes, all sorts of people showing off their latest and greatest creations, along with seminars on how to make your own constructs. Fascinating stuff. I think that'll be my next big project, assuming that smith doesn't come by to have his warhammer enchanted.

Note: Find new parchment which does not cause everything written on it to dissapear and be replaced with something different.

...
Two things:
1. If what you write on the comms scroll is being erased when someone else writes on it, then it's defective. If you mail it off to the Dragon Spire, I can fix it or send you back a new one if necessary.
2. Unless you want to tell a bunch of people that you don't know about what your to-do list is, please do not use the comms scroll as a to-do list.
