[5] - Epic success

You rush at the traitor and rip his ear off while poking his eyes with your talons.

He screams and clutches his face - long enough for the woman to shoot him back.

They are both bloody heaps on the ground when Wenton Celling charges in, sidearm drawn.

The man stirs and points at the woman. "TRAITOR!!!" he shouts.

Celling narrows his eyes and points his weapon at the woman.

Next?

[5] - Epic success man, this is going well, no?

"LIAR!" you screech at the top of your lungs.

Celling's stare drops for a second. "What?"

"Celling, he's lying!" you shout again.

Celling turns towards you and the man for long enough to notice the traitor aiming his gun.

BANG!

Celling puts a bullet in the man's skull. He's dead before you finish your sentence.

"Aw dang!" you say. "Could have used that intel."

Celling nods, then picks you up gently. "I feel like you have a long story to tell me," he says.

You have successfully contacted Wenton Celling in Brazil. Story is now exiting RTD and shifting to third person mode. Please hold...

For your amusement, here’s the list of all possible crossovers I’m considering.

Stay tuned, folks.

I'm not sure if GoT or WH40K would be more dangerous.

I'm not sure if GoT or WH40K would be more dangerous.

If we get a portal into WH40K, it will be straight into the heart of Chaos. Likewise, if we gate into GoT, we're ending up right on the Great Sept of Baelor bombing.

Seriously, though? WH40K is more dangerous by far. GoT's troubles all have human origin (for the most part) and there are at least a few good people. WH40K, on the other hand, is a never-ending staircase of more powerful and more deranged beings.

Armed with fourth-wall knowledge, however, Erin Quill could probably run some psychic circles around the Ruinous Powers. If we do get that, it will be totally and utterly hilarious.

The SPAMOVERLORD universe is about to get psykers of its own, by the way.

Hmn... it would take some kind of tactical geniu-

Creed!

:P

We'll also need Ciaphus Cain. He's not as terrible as he thinks he is.

Yes! I have successfully derailed the thread onto the subject of interdimensional crossovers in order to cover up my inability to produce fluff due to real life concerns!

IDK, if I still want to follow this project if it comes into contact with excessive grimderp.

Nobody likes Grimderp. See Pantheon IV for what happens when I get exposed to Grimderp.

...and welcome back.

Firstly, some background. Erin Quill was the commander of all operations relating to the wormhole. Wenton Celling is just a captain. He has some credibility due to his connection with Erin Quill, but there are people here that outrank him and he has no real authority over anyone.

This doesn't matter, because all of Brazil is united in hatred of Sir Tyro Padelheb.

After getting the message from the parrot, he calls a meeting between all of Brazil's military leaders. He manages to convince them to not stage an open coup, but to just quietly ignore anything that Padelheb says.

The upshot being that you have the full power of the Brazilian military at your side, but you'll still have to justify your actions to your superiors.

Someone calls over the telephone.

“Hello. My name is Ivan Eysop. What would the reward be for turning in Jacob Eldin and Anna Drimoxi?”

Notes:

I'm moving into homophonic names. Ivan Eysop is supposed to sound like I’m an Aesop.

Jacob and Anna are the main rebels on the loose, in case you forgot.

We indeed have designated 50 thousand as reward for the capture of rebels. Thanks to inflation it'd be worth more today.

What do you do?

A: Tell him about the money
B: Ask him for more information: location, how he knows the rebels, etc.
C: Something else...

I'd really hoped for more votes...

“There is, in fact, a fifty thousand dollar reward for the capture of the rebels,” the man at the phone replies. The call has been by now routed to Wenton Celling’s war room in the Brazil High Command secret base, with the leaders and chief advisors of Brazil sitting around a table, answering calls. The parrot is there too.

“Good,” the man replies gruffly. “How can I be sure that you will give me the money once I turn the rebels in?”

Your response?
