"Fine by me," David says. "Any connection to that place is a risk we don't want to take."
"Alright, moving along," says Fansworth. He ushers everyone else through the hole in the wall and into the street. "Alders, grab the girl's body. And see to it that Jacob's properly searched and disarmed."
Stepping forward, Celling touches the tip of his right hand to David's forehead between his closed eyes. He flicks a quick command at the Key of Taloc and tightens his fist.. Red light flashes from his fingertips, the Key's core stone flares menacingly, and Wenton Celling peels open David's mind like an onion.
The Key displays the information in easy-to-read format, laying out David's mental processes in ruby red holograms only Celling can see. With another mental command he zooms in, panning and tightening his view to the parts forming a link to the Cisharni world. No matter how much he looks, however, he can’t find a way to cut it off. If he rediscovered his powers, however, there would be nothing preventing him from using them.

B: Don’t do so! Shut down the Key and stop.
C: Tell David the situation and ask for his opinion; make it clear the choice is his.
D: Tell David the situation; argue in favor of removing his memories.
E: Tell David the situation; argue that removing his memories is too dangerous.
F: Something else…
