I like them.

I tried doing some sprites myself, and they turned out terrible. Yours are much better.

They are very nice, but you sould never use black outlines, this is especially true around the weapons, as they don't blend and feel like they "break" the sprite. The best is to use a darker version of the material they outline if you're not looking to reduce the number of color, or the same color of the material's shadow.

Also note that outlines are usually also affected by highlights. This should improve the visuals I believe

Shes just a girl in winter clothing.  But now that you mention it the double button jacket does look similar to old officer uniforms.
