With the Blademaiden highly likely to die to Leon's stabberooni, here's the rest of the plan.
Alana should huck her axe at the Arisen Axeman, as she has an 84% chance to do 7 damage to him which will be a nice chunk for when combat starts with him in earnest.
Malthe should move to 8, 5 and dump our ally to the left so he can skedaddle.
Kristijan (das me) will just shuffle over to replace Leon's line position at 9, 8.
Sverrand will unfortunately remain downed for now.
Mydis and Hallbjorn should stay still for now, as they aren't quite needed yet but will be when the zombies enter the channel.

A what if:
Matt has an 86% to kill the Axeman on the spot, but if we get unlucky, Selkie needs to take the 87% shot to pop him.

The Pikeman and the Archer are out of our reach for kills this turn, so instead we should be focusing on the Monk.
Alana should start off the attack by moving to 10, 5 and taking a hatchet swing at the monk.
THEN, Malthe should follow that by riding on up to 12, 5 and going for the Slim Lance at the monk.
That's a 50.25% kill chance right there, so we could well get lucky. They have an 8.25% chance of missing entirely.
If we don't kill the monk with those two,
Mydis will need to move to 11, 6 and take a swing at the Monk.
and Kard will need to step to 11, 4 and take a stabberoo at the Monk.
In the event that the 50.25% chance doesn't go off, they together have a 66% chance exactly to kill the Monk, which ain't bad.

Hallbjorn should go to 10, 6 and heal Sverrand no matter what.
Overall: we have an approximately 77.6% chance to kill the enemy. I didn't bother counting crits because they are all very low, but that might add a percentage or two. This isn't a risk-free plan, in other words, but I think we can make it work if we roll disastrously anyway.

I won't bother planning for Kris and Selkie-if-she-isn't needed yet because there are enough possibilities with the Monk that I don't wanna fuck around with the contingencies.

NOTE: I'm going to have Kris vulnerary Leon because it puts Alana and Mydis in Charisma range without endangering our flank.
This Charisma boost actually bumps up our success chances of killing the monk to 84.95%!
