All orders are processed sequentially according to player's list, per the order of things in Rules :V

So first I process all raise/summon orders, starting with Tack and ending with Tiruin.
Then all spellcasting, again starting with Tack, ending with Tiruin.
Same for the movement orders, and then trades, and finally setting research orders/spending mana on it.

Kinda knew there was this order of stuff in it. -.- HMPH BEING LAST TO CREATE A SHEET. [/hmph]

Yeah. Will be able to react to each of Tiruin's moves,  but Tiruin will always be a turn behind.

No, don't think that's really fair, either.  People get busy, and those that happen to be on at the right time shouldn't get a distinct advantage over those that aren't.

Maybe have it so that everyone moves at the same time,  and combat only happens once everyone has moved? May get amusing situations where two players swap towers out something,  but overall it'll be fairest.

How about a pity mechanic? The player with least amount of territory gets priority, and than goes down with nations with larger amount of collected territory. If ties, than go by post order

Most territory doesn't necessarily mean one's winning.

I'll suggest a thing I've planned out :P

If two armies are going to attack/defend a third territory--belonging to one or the other, both will use their ATTACK scores but arrive at the same time (say, nobody gets there first, but they meet in open combat)
If there is however an army at that territory belonging to the defender, the defense score is used for all armies of that territory type (say, the defending army held them up and stuff for reinforcements to arrive)
