I have a few questions:
Do you pay unit upkeep on the turn they are summoned, as well as the summoning cost?
Can you build more than one PI in a single province on the same turn (provided there is space)? Does the Tower take up a PI slot, or is it a feature of the province (like mana nodes)?
Can research results be shared between Warlocks?

If you summon a unit at Turn 1, by Turn 2's update you gotta pay Upkeep also.
Yes, you can.
I forgot to include Trade rules, as simple as they are '<. Yes, you can share Research results.

Namely, they can exchange things: Mana, Research and Provinces (and all units/improvements in it). An exchange/trade must be accepted by both Warlocks in the IC thread to make it valid and binding.

They cost original upkeep, as they're simply given by their master, not summoned on your own v;
