Yes, that's right. Meckal Aleven Unterbrink you remember that despite the name you are also female. You stagger to your feet, and brace against a tree, spitting up a bit of blood. your ribs are broken and you might have internal bleeding. you wont last long like this.
  There is a wooden box by the stream. its cracked and charred. Seeing it makes you remember the day you got it. You had finally learned enough to preform your first ritual. Its your kit, and holds all the tools you need to work your craft. Stumbling over to it, you open the latch. to your dismay only three bottles survived the explosion. luckily for you, the one containing ink is somehow intact. you slowly walk yourself through the steps of the ritual....

You need a small, mostly flat surface, looking around you have only a few options

You pull a smooth stone from the water, it fits into your hand about as perfectly as it can. Though you would have at least preferred a properly carved stone tablet, for storage reasons, this will have to do.

You need three essence for the ritual, concepts in there purest form. luckily it shouldn't take much mana to break down most of the things around you. grass, flowers, sticks, stones...ok the stones might be a bit harder. You could try and break down some of your own blood, but your not sure you have lost enough. Maybe break down some water?

You take some chalk from your kit, although its a little broken, it should function all the same. you draw a breakdown circle on a rock that's jussttttt big enough, and pour some water over it while casting the spell. Then you repeat this for the grass. you manage to get three Essence out of the process.

Now its time to choose the ink. you could use the ink as is, or you could use the two mixing bottles that survived the explosion to mix ground materials up into in. The grinder in your kit is powerful enough to grind pretty much any physical object. Since you have two bottles, plus the main one that you cant use to mix because of the enchantments on the bottle, you could use at most, three distinct inks.
