Move on where, exactly? 200km on foot? With the gate secured, you could definitely head back for supplies. Snowmobiles come to mind, as well as combat armor. Looking over this topography, you might also want to pack tents and supplies for the trip, it's going to take more than a day.

Plus, Priscilla is waiting, and perhaps some aerial survey gear.

The team headed back. The forest was quiet, save for a rustling wind, while one of your members took their time, activating the gate in a series of rigid motions interspersed with long seconds of reviewing AR assistance models.

Coming back through, it was time to plan your expedition. You'd likely be gone several days. Akras will provide you with one snowmobile per two squad members, that you have to share. An exception will be made for Tina and Priscilla, as Priscilla is a third party resource and thus cost-efficient to use. These snowmobiles each have rear-mounted light laser turrets, and room to pack tents and provisions. These tents include a basic airlock system to hang your armor up. The vehicles have enough deuterium to safely use as generators in the field.

Unless you post otherwise, I'll assume you all change into the Offworld Scouting Armor, which is strictly better than the armored space suit in this environment, providing +10 dicetype on commando checks. If you want to make any other equipment changes, let me know.

Stella does change but doesn't change any other equipment.

"Yeah, it's... unlikely. But anything I suppose could be technically possible." Kaito nodded, checking his gear over before the long trip. He'd still be bringing the same as before, though he did change armour. "I'd hold off on judgement until we see where this second castle effect is coming from."

You stepped through the gate after the supply train launched a half a dozen boxes through. They were scattered in the cave. You began to unpack them, and try to get all of this weight up and out of the cave.
