Unfortunately, Akras doesn't have an alien containment facility built yet. But intact corpses will certainly be valuable at auction to the highest bidder, so anything that suffocates on the far side is still a solid win.

Escort missions.

Why does it have to be escort missions?

After that brief fighting with the bugs, the crackling of guns and bringing a sapling inside, the skittering proceed to get louder and louder.. Until those dog-sized bugs begin to pour out from the wall, dropping from the fall like dog-sized droplets of rain and from the floor like the living dead hungry for some plant flesh.

Effectively cutting Danh and the ones still escorting the plant from each others. One of the bugs happen to drop onto the barrel of Danh's laser turret.

"Damn it! Fire high or low, we have men on both ends of the hall!" Christian then proceeds to follow his own advice, blasting spider-dogs left, right, and center, but only where misses will not fly down the hall to threaten Danh.

Ricardo estimates the number of bugs, slings his bow around to his back and draws his twin bowies. He'll try and isolate one of the bugs from the others and pin it against the wall, stabbing any other bugs that jump for him. "Contact!"

Anything that jumps out gets cut. Vigil, though will aim for the legs. After setting the sprout next to the gate, of course.

Kaito would keep his PDW up and firing, doing his best to clear through the wave of bugs... while trying to not take down the ones Ricardo was trying to capture. "Well, I think we've properly kicked the hive now."

"Well, the best thing to do is to keep kicking it until it stops moving. Damn, I wish we were behind that laser instead of in front of it, as soon as we turn the corner friendly fire will be a major worry."

Danh yells, and leaps back from the laser turret, staring at the bug on it.
Using one hand to spray bullets at the bug on the turret, he attempts to man the laser, preparing to go absolutely apeshit with it once it's ready.
