"We can't use the ladder, they'd shoot us the moment we get up, because we can't dodge, without falling to our deaths."

"You have any drones?" Danh asks, wearily looking to Tina. "They'd be good for scouting."

Tina shakes her head.
"Only ones are those outside. And I have no antenna to control them with."
Tina looks through the schematics for the facility, trying to find a safer way up. Considering the ladder is a death sentence.

There's still a transport pad near the main facility with a main entrance. It looks to be guarded by another pair of laser turrets.

"If those laser turrets are destroyed, they will be alerted to our location. Are you sure that they will secure the ladder?"

"It's risky if they do, since Tina's right, we won't be able to dodge away. And a gunfight on a ladder just won't end well for us. So it's a question of which risk do we take." I'd look over to Tina. "Wait, you didn't bring a drone controller with you? Did you at least bring your familiar? They could fly, so they'd be able to scout the shaft."

“The vent system, perhaps? If we can cut power to the drone controls it should be easy enough to get there.”

“You know, the more time we spend talking about it, the more time the enemy has time to prepare, right? I say we each should come up with one and only one plan, and let Stella decide which one is best. I for one think that going through the ladder way is the best plan. They probably think we would have fallen to our deaths, and aren’t likely to be moving on that spot, unless we wait too long to decide.

Either way this was going to be an ascent. The main facility was another kilometer or so up the mountain. It was still twenty stories of catwalks up through that to Operations.

Tina stops, then looks to Boiy.
"That... gravity ability. Could you make us walk up, rather than climb?"

Danh snaps his fingers (it doesn't really work in a spacesuit, it just sounds like a dull click), and turns to Boiy as well.
"That's perfect. It's fucking weird, but perfect."

Kaito nodded. "It would solve both our issues. In fact if we wanted to go further with it, once we reach the proper floor, Frazz could use his Gloo gun to give us a floor, and we could shift to the ceiling. That would give us an angle of attack our foes would be unlikely to be expecting."
