Due to the mayor's policy on reducing the police force to create a non-threatening image, the force is so small that you are the only available officer on duty right now.

Well at least the only one that will actually do something.

cuff the one that tried to hurt my dog, give the other one a ticket. Charge the person who attacked my dog with assaulting an officer with intent to kill, and the other guy with resisting arrest. Drag the cuffed one back to the police station for interrogation.

chew out the police officer for being lenient on the assault charge. Juvenile detention does exist for a reason!

Work on a potential forum game for my return to Bay12. Figure out parts that puzzled me before. Find more things to figure out that I can't. Work on another game instead of solving them. Get distracted and stop working. Remember it a week or two later. Remember I'm still on hiatus. Illogically, Be too ashamed to return yet. Repeat ad nauseam.

Finally have a game completely ready. Wait a week before posting it out of laziness.

Turns out the police chief hired him a long time ago. At least that's what he says but who would believe him in court?

Hmm..
ask him if he'd be willing to help bust the police chief for corruption. Get all the intel I can out of him. If he wants to stay on and see it through, I won't mind his help either.
