The girl waves Kaolinn off. "I'll be right down. But first..." She slides her grip up Destiny Unwritten's haft before inverting it and slamming the tip into the ground. Holding it, she begins to focus intently; her eyes start to glow as she stares down at the field below.

Meanwhile on the field, the ground begins to shift and rumble - and then it begins to form into a shape. A solid wall, nearly ten feet high with a ramp going up the inside (aka the facing-the-civvies side) and a flat outside. Then, for good measure, a field of spikes erupt from the ground within ten feet of the wall before quickly retracing, impaling any Grimm unlucky enough to be in the vicinity. As Petra deactivates her Semblance, she begins to breath pretty heavily, but smiles to herself.

"Hey, go steal Orwell's semblance. Eva's probably going to just charge into the fray and she'll need all the support she can get."
From a behind Jalen he speaks next.
"Jalen, be a dear and make sure Eva doesn't die. It'd reflect poorly on us if she did."
