My name is Goden Relichushed. You may have known me as a chief Gem Cutter for our mountainhome.

Our mighty Queen Ber in her wisdom has commanded me to lead a party of men into wilderness, to create a new outpost for the glory of our Nation.



While this task might not seem an easy one, I have managed to gather all the needed supplies already, including wagons of superior quality and most enduring pack animals. The question is, what are those people who will man this and all the subsequent caravans?

I do not care whether you are young or old, weathered or green, capable or inexperienced. I do not care if you're a twelve year old peasant with no knows skills, or a scarred veteran seeking for a good place to retire, or even a stark raving madman. You don't even have to be a dwarf, we are ready to hire everyone willing to do the job.

Welcome to (yet another) suggestion game of mine. Photobucket has fucked me over recently, so I decided to try something new. This is a DF-based story driven by your suggestions and my whims. I expect the readers to share their own concepts and descriptions of the main characters, those being the founding seven and subsequent migrants. If you want to provide some art of your character, that would be awesome. Otherwise, I will be the one drawing it.

First of all, we need some six characters to fill the initial positions, with Goden Relichushed being the expedition leader. However, I doubt that it will happen any soon.

Pseudonym: Jack Frost.
Race: Elf
Honeland: Nirh (northern regions)
Profession: Blacksmith and glassmaker
He's known for his frosted glass and skill with silver, as well as his ability to create intricate glass designs in the items he creates.
He doesn't pay enough attention to other people to know what race they are.

Profession : Bandit, fighter, general threat, spearman.
Notes : Sleep a lot. Like to jump over streams and brooks. Does like to kill things, point in the general direction of the enemy and you won't have to feed him a lot

Bio:Gluk emerged from the swamps of the south in search of noble quests and hoping to become a hero to the innocent. This goal is often hindered by the fact that he is a leech man who subsists on blood.
Description:A large slug-like creature with the torso of a man.  Its face is a mockery of teeth and slime.

Oh Armok, how did this happen? First, the Queen hates on my earrings, then she banishes me to some boonies, and now I have to accompany those... Those nutjobs! This is the biggest band of misfits I have ever seen! Armok help me!"

Sorry lads, I wanted to present all the characters in one go, but I didn't have enough time to do it. Now this update is a two-parter. Anyway, I'm happy to see all the replies, and Cathar, your art is great!
