You can start posting your promotion to First Class since Yuri's training will level you up. For it you need:

-What class you promote to
-Weapon proficiencies that you pick
-New Personal Skill
-What stat to put your bonus 5% progression

1.  Shaman
2.  Ancient
3.  Hits the Fan: +1 MOV when at least one ally down.
4.  Magic

I just noticed Felicia already has a skill that gives +1 DR so I can't allow another one with the same effect. Likewise, Jaromer can't get another +15 Hit.

Also I need a Staff category for Seraphiel to specialize in.

Tanking up is fine, but GMs usually disallow more than one Skill that grant the same thing. Especially if they can both activate at once.

You can get +10 Hit and Eva or +15 Eva.

Also, now that you're first class you can start building supports with each other. I don't think I need to mention that the support bonuses are pretty damn big, so the roleplaying part of the game can be a great help in battles.
