I'm going to assume my copy of 1.Salt is up to date (excluding the Valkyrie change). So, going by the promoted abilities... I would say the Pegasus is probably the worst of the three and therefore lowest priority. Wyvern Knight's 3 DEF/AS when over 70%HP is better than Charge, but frankly it is just not as good as the Valkyrie's ability to ignore the 1/2 Heal reduction when downed.

I'd say Seraphiel, Felicia, Anna in terms of priority, but if anyone else wants to chip in their two cents that's fine.
