Milo, there is no transport going to the three captains currently.
Also he said earlier that loading marines is a "free action" if they don't have to be disengaged from a cap, and is a full action otherwise.

We have a transport coming back, that will be going to the Three Captains with reinforcements next turn. And while the GM said loading unengaged troops could be done before or after, he never said (unless I missed it) that it could be done twice in one turn...

I'm personally fine with telegraphing our moves if it means we'll be at an advantage when we fight.
If they attack the unfinished in force, we'll have dodged a bullet
If they attack the Captains in force, we'll have a matched battle
If they attack both, we'll have shown our hand, and also destroyed half of their fleet.

Of course it's likely they've done something more devious like make a recon tactic (which hopefully our vigils will catch) or are actually gliding across the calm (which hopefully crossing the belt with a fleet will catch)

Tack... Not yelling or arguing with you or anything... But something tells me the Calm will need more than a really good glider to cross... For one, it's frigidly cold... And I doubt anyone has gone deep enough into it (and made it out alive) to conclusively report if those conditions get worse or not. Also, the 'red snow that barely moves' sets off some alarm bells for something being very off...
Honestly? I think it's a case of asymmetrical balance in the two conditions, with the Calm ultimately easier, but some of the issues being less obvious, and the Everstorm being more difficult, but at least upfront with its challenges.
So I think we can rely on the calm forming a barrier for at least the immediate future.

Almost certainly they can't and haven't; but they did say in the general thread that they had, so it can't be completely discounted.

The distance is too far for any sort of unpowered glider.

Your best bet is a battery.

Draig, are we allowed to know where the retreated skiffs from the first battle of the belt went/where we would have gone had we lost?

Err, they're still there. They're just disengaged. It's a big sky, and they may be miles out, but they're still around.

Just... don't think too hard about  how a bunch of guys on skiffs are surviving for a year in the middle of nowhere. Sky-eels are mighty tasty.

Still, if everyone is good with that, we have 12c, 7o, 21w, 23s for new gear/boats or whatever.
Draignean, can you confirm that infantry equipment is 'built' instantaneously?

Confirmed.

Alright, with that out of the way, WHAT ARE WE BUILDING THIS TURN? We have movement down, but what about our production?

No ships, just infantry stuff. So I think... Nothing?

Like I said, we have nothing we need to build. The only things that take time to build are ships (at least, I think ships take time to build), so we build everything next turn.

Still feeling a little edgy about leaving 4 skiffs hanging out at Unfinished, but seeing as the most they could Bring too bad is five, barring any construction, then we should be fine hopefully

Our captains should be wise to their little trick now anyway. Hence why I proposed a more general combat revision. That said, spotters should be effective enough at deterring them...probably.

Gotta ask, what does WMS stand for?
Are Official Service Vessels not to your liking?

Wreth Military (or Merchant) Ship

It's more conventional, and hence, easier to remember...

Not bad. Less Official, but my feathers are slightly less ruffled.
In other news-
Does this mean pulling troops out of the Unfinished will end movement?
I mean, do hazards contest?
