Ship will be ready for use next turn. Marine equipment can be used same turn as it is produced. Therefore, I suggest producing it only next turn when we can actually deploy it. Meanwhile, I suggest beefing up the ship a bit.

Windrider proposal:
1 Windrider Hull                         (9w, 5o)
2 Itshana Select Small Cores       (12c, 12o)
2 Small Lifts                               (6c, 4o)
8 SUCKERPUNCH LACs                (8c, 16o)
2 Normal LACs
  1 Prototype Dragun (Free)
  Dragun Mounting                      (4w, 2o)
12 Trims  (Select)                       (6c, 6o)
4 trims                                      (2c)
8 reams of Webbing                    (16s)
2 sections of armor                     (6o)
Total:                                   (13w, 34c, 51o, 16s)

Discounts:
5 reams of webbing (10s)
Itshana Bulk discount: 26o=Select costs, 20% discount = -5.2 ore.
Final cost:
(13w, 34c, 46o, 6s)

Buy andrea's windrider: (1) Milo

Move one skiff to each of the belt spires to scout (skiffs already in the belts move to the center spires, two from Wreth take their place): (1) Milo

Quote from: Plan B
Construction:
  Build Andrea's Windrider
  Build 1 squad's worth of Pincushions (12w)
  Build 4 squad's worth of envenomed bolts (8w, 4s)
Marines:
  As you were.
Ships:
Skiff at Unfinished: Travel to Wrackspire. AGILE, avoid combat.
Skiff at Three Captains: Travel to Burned Mountain. AGILE, avoid combat.
Skiff from Wreth: Travel to Three Captains. AGILE, avoid combat.
Skiff from Wreth: Travel to Unfinished. AGILE, avoid combat.
Just converting the above into a more traditional plan format.

Maybe make a BLOCK or a squad's worth of Pincushions, so we don't overflow on wood? Or at least a few reams of webbing or vests so we don't do the same with silk?

Three Captains

There is no report from the Three Captain's aerosphere- neither from the Skyskiff assigned to  run across the belt and scout the wrackspire, nor the skiff sent later to assume a forward observation position at the Three Captains.

Inside the Spire

Inside the spire, the battle remains unchanged.  The Kasgyrites make little presses and little feints, clearly attempting to draw the Wrethan marines forward, and time and time again the Wrethan soldiers repulse them with little effort and continue to hold their line. The casualties, likely on both sides, mount enough in terms of fatalities for them to be mentionable, but it's still painfully clear that neither side is committed to driving the other out in a realistic timeframe- at least not at present.

Field officers predict things might go very, very badly if the Kasgyrites figure out just how outnumbered the Wreth marines are.

Confirmed Kills: A Kasgyrite fireteam
Losses: 25% of squad 2B
Presumed Losses: Two Skyskiffs

The Wrackspire

While the scouting vessel from the Unfinished only sails by the Wrackspire, the effect is... striking. The Shattered spire rises from below in a series of uneven pillars,  with peculiar bridges of stone connect a few at irregular intervals. Bizarre clouds of irridescent mist coalesce and writhe amidst the massive pillars, bending the light around them into a myriad of peculiar optical phenomenon. Stranger still are the floating stones that slowly drift about  the Wrackspire- though the Skiff doesn't really get close enough to do much inspection of them.

Despite its distance and transient flight, the Skiff's engineer still reports unusual power fluctuations within the Skiff's small core.

Burned Mountain

The air around the Burned Mountain has a distinctive taste to it, as the Captain of the scouting skiff discovers. Likely brought on by the perpetual clouds of ash and other gasses gusting off of the demi-spire. Lava flows dot the surface of Burned Mountain, tracking down its face slowly and laying down layers upon layers of flow tubs to bulk up the exterior of the already large demi-spire.  It's an impressive sight, and the Captain of the skiff makes note that old flow tubes seem to break off the from the Demi-spire every few months, indicating that, somehow, the lava is bring replenished from below- from the surface. Otherwise, it seems impossible that this Spire could still be flowing and burning for all these years.

The captain must pay special attention to the shifting winds, lest the cloud of ash and toxic vapor from the Burned Mountain catch the crew off guard here.

The Unfinished

The new skiff sent in to keep an eye on the Unfinished encounters trouble almost immediately. A hunting pack of four Kasgyrite skyskiffs, coming from the south. There isn't much of a battle- the captain does as he's ordered and brings the ship into the mist, barely evading the four Kasgyrite vessels and coming away by the skin of his teeth. Still, except for an easily fixed hole in the shroud and a slightly singed web, the skiff is fine.

Spire Wreth

The WOSV Mongoose, the younger but no means lesser sibling to the first Windrider corvette, is completed at the Wreth dockyards. Boasting experimental weapons, thicker armor, and a dramatically upgraded network of trim crystals, she's the pride of the Wrethan navy.

Event: With Flying Colors

The flag of a ship is an important symbol, both for national pride and for identifying whether the ship you're shooting at actually needs to die. The flags from before the war were often heavily varied, and often only bore the national symbol in a single quadrant, while the flag of the ship's owner dominated the center.

However, given the length of this war, that can no longer stand. A new design of the national flag needs to created, one that can be flown from any airship to clearly indicate its origin and loyalties, one that can inspire our men and bring terror to our foes. A flag is needed that can carry Wreth's honor in the field, and can, one day, be flown from the top of Spire Kasgyre to announce our victory.

It is the beginning of the year 362 AR.

Spire Wreth's production stands at
13/y Crystal, 42/65 Banked
17/y Ore, 17/85 banked
19/y Wood, 80/95 banked
10/y Silk, 50/50 banked

It is now the design and Project Maintenance Phase. You have 6 dice to spend.

I say 1 to Khipha, 2/3 chance of prototype, and saves ore.

EDIT:  Wait, do we need 2 or 3 progress?

Wait, no. One to Dragun, two to Khipha- we don't actually need to finish the Dragun with any great haste. Costs us six ore. Leaves us enough to equip a few units of marines reasonably.
