Just a few questions, but what are you hoping to achieve? Its not physically possible to complete Windrider with 1 die.

And the university, what's that supposed to do. Specifically, how will it help defeat a Kunai (that being the only ship we cant smash already).

1. More dice into it is always good, and I hoped it would get the windrider completionists on my side.
2. Getting rid of the idiot ball is something we've been wanting for a while. Better tactics inside and out of the spire is only a positive.

However, I'm half considering trying to throw 4 dice into it from the get-go.
We've gone too many turns without a new design, it's almost certain one will be happening, the question is which.

I don't think we're going to be able to get rid if the idiot ball. Most likely, we just get the ability to use multiple tactics.

For reference.
Next turn we will have 42 ore. However, 4 of that ore should be spent fixing the prototype's armour. Leaving 38.
There is no way, short of not repairing the prototype and spending a rush die alongside a normal progress die and hoping to roll >7, to build a complete Windrider next turn.
Therefore, I think we should give up on that particular notion.

...godsdamn the Windrider is expensive. And half the cost goes to the Select process. Blessing and a curse, innit.

Anyway, I'm not sure what we should do. Gotta think about it some more.
