Counter-suggestion:
ACHILLES (Avoid Cannons, Hunt Injured, Launch Landers, Engage Survivors)
A simple addition to our tactics is the proper order of battle for our ships. When entering combat, ships make every move to evade hostile cannon fire, using superior maneuverability. Then, injured vessels (From the first volleys) are hunted down, one by one. THEN, and ONLY then, are the landing ships signaled to launch their boats, while the fleet covers them. Finally, any surviving hostile warships or new hostile arrivals are hunted down and killed.
OK, as for the design's issues...
Cancel the project. Word of GM (On Discord) is that we have most of the gains (Experience-wise) we're going to get.
Design Review Board: CloudrunnerThe Cloudrunner project was a hideous failure. The prime issues were caused by bickering and ineffective practices. Arguments delayed initial progress, and failures in design compounded those issues. By reviewing the entirety of the canceled design process, we can glean information on how to streamline and aid the design process. We shall unleash the unbridled power of BUREAUCRATIC EFFICIENCY and find all the ways to make such things faster than ever before!
Alright. Using those dice is going to mean we can't roll out a new ship design as fast as we want to. So, I'm voting for the tactics revision and disassembling the Cloudrunner project. We get three dice back from that project, and can save a total of 4 from this turn (Given a tactics revision to make us not die)
