Well, I think we ought to Scrap the VPL and roll the project again.

3 dice to VPL.

I think we should build out the AIM system.

3 Dice to AIM.

We could finish vertical envelopment since those spider marines actually sound really good and we can fix the tactic with a revision or two.

Edit: We actually have 6 dice to spend this turn simce we saved ome last revision.

If only I was here to observe before time was rewritten.

I mean, darn pirates. Do you guys reckon One Eyed Will and a Natalie would be enough?

Anyway, that's for later.  My suggested plan:

Put one regular die and one rush die into Vertical Envelopment. It's a bit crap but as mentioned we can revise out the kinks and the penalties from rushing, as in my opinion dice are worth more than ore.

Following on from that, I'd  be happy with Battle Barges, or Commercial Bronzewood.

Quote from: Commercial Bronzewood
The military intends to use Bronzewood in a number of places where metals were previously required. Civilian industry will also be able to make use of Bronzewood in this way, reducing the demand (and thus the price) for Ore. This should thus increase the amount of Ore available for the military as the same amount of spending power can purchase more.

[1] Vertical Envelopment (1 die +1 rush + 3c, 3o, 5w, 5s) + Commercial Bronzewood (3 dice) + hold 2 dice: Kashyyk

Hm. I want to build out AIM while we're in a time of relatively low combat.

By the way, it's been a bit since I've read up on the battle barge designs, so I'm not sure which one to vote on. I do want battle barges though.

It makes no sense to endlessly hold dice. The utility of having 6 dice is starting 2 projects and widening our options.

Topaz Lance
This advance in Kasgyre engineering came about due to the excess of low-quality lumen crystals now present within the spire. A gem cutter’s apprentice decided to see what happens when a lumen crystal is cut into a lens of the type used to examine jewels for quality. This lumen focusing lens was found in testing to enhance the aetheric projection effects of weapon crystals.
Making use of the strength of Topaz Crystal, this weapon system uses a focusing lens to focus the aetheric energy being projected into a coherent lance. The lance is longer and sharper than a standard aetheric blast, displaying greater ability to pierce a shield without too much of the destructive impact being absorbed.

Holding dice allows us to roll two revisions.

Personally, I would like to revise Bronzewood to be fireproof rather than fire resistant, and have a die spare to fix the bugs in Vertical Envelopment.

Not a good idea to start so many projects without finishing our unfinished ones or leaving room for revisions.
