It's in the behaviour section. I'll admit, I didn't read it either, assuming it would be the same as any other Arms Race.
Which it is, but with 100% more references to Japanese cuisine.

A 5, it handily allowed me to achieve catharsis by recasting the sober into the ridiculous without compromising the integrity of the base message.

As the GM, he has unlimited dice.

Not to complain about the terrifying bias, but I kinda wish he'd use his infinite dice for something other than the horrible murder-things that now absolutely cover the planet's surface.
