Greece goes next, Tyrant.  Then Romania, then Yugoslavia.  Your turn will be at *least* a week from now, and then you'll get to play again in two more weeks.

Honestly, I hadn't realized when I joined up that it'd be two weeks between turns.  That's...a long time.  I thought it'd be more like Diplomacy, where everyone goes at the same time.

Well...wait on Haspen to do my turn, I guess.  I only have a 13% chance of taking Sweden, anyways, so my attack likely wont work.

Greece is NPC, so we skip him...then it's Romania's turn.

This game is going to be a lot of waiting, I guess. 2 weeks between turns; even more if people are allowed more than 24 hours to make their move.

Airfields are assumed to manage planes automatically.  They will give a +1 bonus to allies within one territory. These bonus is negated if there is a hostile AA  installation in the territory. They can be stationed

Can you declare a war/alliance at any time, and if you can what happens to units stationed in a territory with now-enemy units?  Does that combat occur immediately?
All diplomatic action takes effect immediately. Thus those troops now in hostile territory will immediate attempt to conquer that territory.

Can you build a fleet and move it in the same turn?
No. Building the fleet takes a full turn.

Are alliances binding or can they be broken at any time?
I believe they can be broken at any time

Is the order of combat always going to be fixed, or does it change based on whoever has the most territory each month?
It was always randomly decided at the start of the game and then fixed from then on. Haspen might be doing it differently this time around though.

You can waste your armies attacking Norway if you want evicted, I am willing to let this conflict go after your unreasonable aggression on a neutral party.  But I doubt you are so...
