Turkey accepts Romania's and Britain's (and France's if Britain doesn't have the slots available to accept the treaty) exchange treaty acceptances. Sadly, Turkey cannot adopt any more exchange treaties than that, as it has only 2 slots for them.

Turkey also enters an alliance with Romania and Britain, if they accept the alliance proposal.
