Italy accepts.

Is that 3 if Italy accepted Germany's exchange pact?

You're right I think, I agreed to Russian and German treaties didn't I. The Non-aggression pact with Czechoslovakia does exist also but any additional treaties cannot unless Germany or Russia rescinds their offer.
Sorry Czechs, first come first serve unless rules change.

Darn. In that case, I still have one free exchange treaty.

Czechoslovakia offers an exchange treaty to any country who wants it.

Pretty sure I have an older exchange pact with Germany (I agreed to one anyway) which renders the pact with Czechoslovakia null due to exceeding the limit.

I think unless you formally accepted the exchange pact with Russia in this thread then the Czecho-Italian pact can stand? I can't see formal acceptance in this tread.
Hey, it's fine. My exchange pact was nullified. Italy already has an exchange pact with Germany, and wanted to have one with Russia whether or not it's technically legit.

However, I still haven't received a reply from Italy about my proposed mutual defense alliance. What say ye, Italy? We could both benefit from someone watching our backs.

Yes we could benefit from someone watching our backs, problem is we actually cannot yet as we cannot get to each other.

Great Britain denounces this unprovoked aggression by Finland and calls on the Finns to retreat to the borders they held on the 31st December 1939, and to apologise for the loss of life caused to innocent Danes.

The representative of the Soviet Union wishes to work towards bringing about a peaceful solution to the crisis in Sweden, before it escalates into unnecessary bloodshed. He recommends that both parties agree to peace, splitting the former Kingdom of Sweden along the currently-drawn occupation lines and agreeing to satisfy themselves with their current territory.

The Soviet Union would also be willing, if requested, to station an army in Northern Sweden to act as peacekeepers, if one of Denmark and Iceland's allies stationed some of their own troops in Southern Sweden on their end.
