Suddenly, running footsteps can be heard as an oddly pale young man turns the corner, holding tight to his backpack to make it bounce less on his back. He is wearing mostly cheap-looking, slightly ill-fitting casual clothes, though his simple red scarf looks to be of higher quality. He slows down, confused, as he notices people are still at the gate.

"I'm...I'm not late? Huh."

An awkward beat later, he steps forward to address the group.

"Well, hello folks. I'm...*cough*...I'm Louis, what are your names? I'm guessing you're students as well?"

Shortly after the oddly pale person arrives, another student shows up - although the short, blonde girl seems to be not nearly so concerned, as she walks up to the gate dragging two suitcases behind her. She glances around - "Knew it, not late!" she says, as she brings her suitcases to stand and pumping her fist in celebration. "...Did I miss anything? Student council person coming out to explain the delay or something?"
