It is the woman from before.
She looks annoyed. Very annoyed. As she walks into the room, she looks at her watch and rolls her eyes.
"...the Headmistress will be here shortly." She certainly doesn't seem to happy about it. "Please be patient."
There is a pause, during which she sighs and looks wistfully at the coffee machine.
Suddenly someone at the other end of the hallway shouts something incoherent, and - before anyone even notices anything, in the infinity between two seconds - a blonde-haired woman bursts into existence in front of those assembled, arms spread wide and with a look of triumph on her face. Arguably odder than her sudden appearance is her attire - an open orange jacket over a black blouse, with a pair of orange trousers covering her legs. It's certainly garish, for a Headmistress, and a definite contrast to the almost defeated-looking woman in the suit.
"Hello, students! It is I, the Headmistress!"
She cackles warmheartedly, however that's possible. Maybe it's not. At any rate, once she's finished she folds her arms and smiles (smirks?) at the students.
"Welcome to Daybreak Academy! Here, you will learn what it means to be functional! You will, I hope, enjoy your time here, and if you don't, well..." She cackles again. "We'll try and improve your learning experience! Here, all your needs are important to us -
both educational and otherwise! Suddenly - as if a switch has been flicked, and she becomes quiet and thoughtful. "But wait - I am getting ahead of myself. We have yet to have an introductory assembly, and as such acclimate you to our learning environment - and the school's literal environment, of course. We don't want you getting lost, after all, especially not in such a large building. I assume Overseer has explained how today will proceed?"
