Stella is easily able to drill in the thruster pack on the far side of the wreckage. With RCS pointed in every direction, it networks with the other. [Engineering 46]

Boiy, looking over the consoles, you begin to plot a quick inclination change. You fire the thrusters, and the debris lifts up and out of the asteroid field, leaving rushers hopping from rock to rock looking irritated.[Astrophysics 67]

There's still those crew quarters to search.

The crew quarters are long since barren and abandoned. You find a few trinkets and relics that might be worth collecting to be sold, who's functions are all inscrutable.

Tina checks if she has any bags, especially faraday bags. Faraday bags should block most interference.
If Tina doesn't have bags, go back for some. If she does, put the items in the bags, so they don't cause interference homeside.

Mission Report:
On this mission, the team was able to gather valuable data about alien drone interference, return with relics of an alien civilization to study, perform an inclination change to move the gateroom away from the alien army, and design and secure a base facility from which to launch space vehicles to examine the system. In the coming weeks, Akras will find tenants for the new commercial space station that the team designed, review the drone data, and subcontract study of the alien relics.


Tina Murdoch, Drone Specialist - 100 shares
Ms. Murdoch met and exceeded Akras' expectations for this mission in every conceivable way. She led the team in designing a facility for the far side of the gate that was modular and easily adapted to the situation outside, as well as a new system to move bulk cargo and parts through the gate. She brought and risked her own drone, returning it heavily damaged with detailed sensor logs showing some form of outside interference that does not appear to be electronic in nature. Despite earlier concerns with her psychological evaluation, Ms. Murdoch was able to remain focused on the mission and competently achieve objectives, placing herself at risk on numerous occasions to see to the success of the mission. Thanks to her efforts, the life of an employee, Sertan Tarf, was saved, and she can be credited with defeating the Horror Knight.

John Boiy, Archaeologist - 70 shares
Mr. Boiy acquitted himself adequately in the role of archaeologist. He was able to assist with neutralizing the malfunctioning domestic service drone, and helped to hold a critical piece of mission equipment, the thruster control, by himself. Although he eventually returned for them, Akras notes that Boiy initially wanted to flee the asteroid without having completed the mission to clear it and prepare for construction. Despite his fears, Mr. Boiy risked his life on several occasions to assist the team, and this has been noted in his personnel file.

Stella Evenglide, Gauss Specialist - 90 shares
Ms. Evenglide continues to impress Akras with her dedication and professionalism. She offered tactical and strategic advice in starbase design and offered tactical leadership throughout the mission. She took up whatever role the team most needed at any time, using her PDW, the Gauss Rifle, and the Laser at various moments, keeping the team secure and terminating many alien security devices. She made excellent strategic and tactical use of zero gravity, demonstrating a familiarity with zero-g tactics commonly seen only among special forces. Her more detailed scans of the 'Horror Knight' may prove invaluable in the coming months.

Sertan Tarf, Security - 90 Shares
Mr. Tarf demonstrated his usual care and professionalism in this mission. He offered tactical and strategic advice in starbase design and offered tactical leadership throughout the mission. Mr. Tarf drew aliens to his position on several occasions to protect his team mates, and while he was clearly unfamiliar with zero-g warfare, he nevertheless acquitted himself very well, rushing to the rescue of a crew member on multiple occasions.

Mission 3 Begins

Staff:
Tina Murdoch, Chief Engineer

Jon Christian, Survey Officer

A tram line moved outwards from the gateroom. It was pressurized, with seating. You emerged moving swiftly into space, towards the station at the end of the tracks. The crew section spun slowly to generate artificial gravity, but otherwise, you were weightless. You wore your armored space suits and carried equipment with you, but no special equipment was available.

You could see the Zarastro docked as well. A small but capable warship, this sort of vehicle was used frequently in the Jupiter subsystem, where petrochemicals and rare minerals led to valuable cargo that needed protection.
