"Let's make quick work of these things and finish this damn mission. Counting on you to watch my back." Sertan opens fire at the rushers.

Stella starts getting the turret combat-ready again, stopping it midair and opening fire whenever she's able.

Sertan gunned one of the eight rushers near the gateroom doorway, running out between pieces of rock and debris. On distant asteroid, reinforcements mill and gather as Stella steadies herself with jets, then plugs in the laser turret. [Small arms 68, the laser setup is automatic]

Stella powered the laser and aimed it towards the enemy, but they danced and shifted out of view as she struggled to steady the reactor. [Lasers 37]

Sertan fired on a few more Rushers as he ran away from them along the surface, catching a few as they leapt from cover to avoid the sweeping laser beam. Four of the remaining seven were gunned down as the remainder prepared to attack him. [Small Arms 112]

Sertan rushes into cover and aims at the remaining rushes."We almost got all of them, just a few more."

Stella decides to not risk using the laser further and instead take shots with her PDW. Gauss ammo probably shouldn't be wasted on individual targets.

Boiy goes into cover and starts shooting rushers

Boiy rushed forwards out the hole, looking for a target and some cover. He raced forward, drawing his gun up to fire it, but lost his footing on a piece of debris. He shot out his leg, severing one of the magnetic lines, and drifted forwards, flailing. [Small Arms 5]

Stella lifted her rifle to shoot, but the recoil threw her out of position as her computer system misjudged the weight distribution of her suit while carrying the laser. Her shots went wide as she corrected a slow spin. [Small Arms 23]

The rushers turned and clawed Boiy back down to the surface, descending on him. They tore into the front of his suit and he began to lose pressure, gasses venting from torn lines. [Rushers 65]

Sertan raised his gun and lined up a careful shot, shooting one of the three rushers tearing at Boiy. Globules of grey floated into space. [Small Arms 65]

"C-cover me, setting up the first... th-thruster."
Tina takes this chance to sneak outside, while the Rushers are busy, to setup the thruster.
If there's any time to spare, she tries to take some aimed shots at any rushers with her pistol.

"Stella cover Tina while I help Boiy." Sertan rushes out to help Boiy, carefully shooting at the rushers.

Try to punch the rushers off me

Stella'll make sure Tina isn't distracted. "Affirmative."

Boiy swung at the rusher, batting it back. It tore and ripped at his arm, creating a breach as it dislocated his left shoulder. [Rusher 70, Boiy Martial Arts 65]

Sertan gunned down another, leaving only one of the rushers still attacking [Small Arms 50]

Tina pressed the thruster up into place, going through a lock sequence. The panel flashed red - the deck here was too hot for magnetization. She'll have to move it a few feet and try again. [Engineering 25]

Stella kept watch, but the rushers don't seem to have turned their attention to Tina yet.

"A-are you hurt? I have th-the auto... doc. I just have to... l-lock this, thruster."
Tina tries to move and lock the thruster down, in a colder spot.

Stella sighs, deciding to try to just take out the remaining rusher with her PDW.
