Could you define the miracle focuses more clearly? Preferably by a example?

Absolutely.

Creation is focusing on direct belief to object transformation. An example would be you creating a spear for your tribe in the mortal plane. Not assembling it mind you, but creating it from nothing.
Destruction is rather straightforward. Its a simple belief to power transformation, an example would be summoning a fireball to hit an enemy army.
Transformation is changing an already existing object on the mortal plane. For example, changing a wolf into a dog instantly, on a genetic level.
Control is assuming direct operation of a being in the mortal plane. An example would be forcing a lion to stop attacking your people.
