I just hope he stays neutral, loyal would a bit too much. Its no like I was really connected to the party. Maybe Smoke would help protect Lyirah if I ask him but thats it.

So if I die, what happens to Smoke? Will he die too? I dont want Smoke to die, so if I die, break bond to Smoke (if its a bad thing for him if I die while he is bonded). Also give him last orders: "Fzbxr, please protect Lyirah from danger", then have Smoke and Seymour collapse the cave entrance, to slow down the demon lord. (This is not a turn action, but more of a last will thing. In case I die in middle of a turn and I cant put an action after being killed)
