Ok, better question than "who's leader": if each player came up with a plan for something, and everyone had to vote on who's plan to follow, and you couldn't pick your own, who would vote to follow?

Probably Dennis, then maybe Aaron if not Dennis, but totally not Reynald for IC reasons.

I probably should give reasoning

Dennis: looks like he is quick to adapt and learn, he can probably come up with creative stuff no one has thought before. Also is a duke. Could be a good leader if he knew more about the world.

Aaron: he is a fighter, knows about combat and is very powerful, but sometimes he does stuff without thinking or planning, rushing into combat and hoping to kill enemies before they do their weird tricks (which sometimes works). But still can cause serious damage in a fight.

Reynald: No.

To be fair, I have a +4 to my rolls. This usually works.
My next level-up is going to make it so that enemies can't screw around with my rolls...

To be quite fair, your character was acting rather grabby. Reynald wants to know what he's looking at before he starts to hand things out.
Additionally, you mentally scarred him with navblaat, and recently he has bad experiences with phuyuh which would make him reasonably distrustful to demonologists.

To be fair, nobody was happy with Naablvat. His name literally means "annoying".

I think now we could say that Dennis is the leader, maybe.

Now, what do we do with the boss that is about to kill everyone? The plan was having Lysander minions who weren't hurt to try to steal the charm with the help of the vengeful spirit as a distraction so everyone could heal back by resting.
