The doubled efficiency for dragon-related charms means my skills, right? Because if it doesn't it's really supposed to, given that I don't think I have anything otherwise categorized as a "charm" (such as the brimstone chunk) that involves dragons.

For items. Adding a doubled efficiency and halved cooldowns to skills would break the game and I'd have to give monsters more HP and higher damage output. You got double damage in dragon form, this works for every attack or skill. Dragon forms are OP. Now in shadow dragon form you could take on Maelstorm and several lesser demons at the same time.

Lack of draconic charms has a simple solution - find one.

Does my Second Wind ability require a roll?

Yes, but it'll work like resting. You'll always get full HP, but you'll get cooldown reset only on rolls higher than [3].

Anyway, I'm still able to take a level-up skill, right? Pretty sure I am.

Spectral Dragon: An upgrade to Spirit Walking. Rather than becoming a Dark Spirit, I become a Spectral Dragon. As such, I deal non-elemental damage to physical enemies and can attack intangible enemies directly. In addition, it is now considered a dragon form for the purposes of the Dragonruler subclass.
Sound good?

You mean non-magic? Cause you can't directly hurt physical enemies when you're a spirit, and only magic, magic elemental and non-magic elemental can be used against them.

Basically, it's dealing raw damage. The point is more that, rather than being dark or holy or elemental or any such thing (and thus, something that can you can be resistant or weak to), it's outside the damage system. Does that make sense?

Also, I'm getting you at least 1 new player.

*shrug* I don't know. On the one hand, it's never more effective than my default damage. On the other hand, it's never less effective than my default damage.

It wouldn't be outside of the damage system entirely. Resistances still cover it, but there would be no arcane element to the damage. This means that it bypasses arcane resist only, if I get dark one's system right.

No, currently, my Spirit Walking ability has me turn into a Dark Spirit, so I deal Dark damage to physical entities, physical damage to ethereal entities (as in, I'm attacking them on the same "plane of existence" that they're in, so it's direct), and am negatively affected by banishments and Wrath of God. I want to upgrade the old ability so that while I still deal direct damage to ethereal enemies, I'm no longer a Dark Spirit, but rather an Spectral Dragon, so I'm just made of... I don't know, spirit energy, so I don't get banished or WoG'd, and I deal some other kind of damage rather than Dark damage.

I don't know if this is actually a suitable answer to what you guys have been saying.

Then you'd deal raw spiritual energy. Holy and dark are it's forms. Holy is the energy created by gods, dark comes from Underworld.

WoG wouldn't even be able to hurt you as dark spirit cause it's attack against undead. Exorcisms work only against dark, so you won't be affected by those skills. If by any chance someone gets variety of this skill that affects regular spirits, then you'd be affected.

Intangibility makes you weak against holy and banishment, so if you'll get in a fight against several dark spirits and NRDL adds and uses a skill like WoG against dark spirits, you'd be fried.

Inquisitor's WoG is against undead, it's not able to hurt dark spirits, and due to inq weakness won't be ever able to. WoG against dark spirits is a skill that for example exorcist could get on level up and it wouldn't be able to hurt undead, but would obliterate dark spirits.
