Stone give 5% revenue on basic income and reduces the cost of building military defence buildings like walls by 10% in the territory. Mines can acquire Stone.

I'll add it to the OP.

Maybe 'or similar' could do with a bit of expansion?
Also the clarification that terrain is rather a 'range of possible resources' rather than a resource itself (because I keep assuming that a sawmill can be built in a forested region without a distinct resource of 'lumber' because of its own sake) :P

While a forest will have trees I would assume "Lumber" to be Yew or Oak forests, either very strong wood or very plyable wood that can be used for militaristic purposes.
I would think a logging camp would be a good idea as a forest only building for lesser quality wood only really suitable for firewood/civilian buildings.
