I cant decide between their competently different policies on how to build infrastructure.  One wants to finance it with loans and commercial investment, while the other wants to fund it with commercial investment and loans.

Who is Dave Mann you ask?

Dave Mann is a Falconian statesman, author, explorer, soldier, naturalist, and reformer. A veteran of the campaign of 68' he gave his heart and soul on the battlefield for this great country.
