California time, weekends any time, Thursdays early afternoon or later, Fridays middling afternoon or later, any other day late afternoon/early evening or later.

I should probably amend my previous post.

I am available:
Friday afternoons and evenings. Call it 4pm (1600) onward.
Saturday mostly all day.
Sunday until 4 pm at the absolute latest.

The issue is that Saturdays and Sundays are usually when I'm doing things with family (since I barely see them the rest of the week) so it would be entirely possible for me to miss sessions on those days unless it's late enough that I'm unlikely to still be AFK.

Alright, I'm gonna pull a minor bit of thread necromancy to ask a quick question regarding item creation.

Part of the calculations that go into determining the cost (at least for the items I can create) is the character's level. If I'm reading that correctly, it means that an otherwise-identical item will constantly raise in cost as a character advances. Or am I missing something? I can't see the logic behind a 10th-level wizard's wand of fireball costing nearly twice as much as a 6th-level wizard's identical wand of fireball.

I think it's the caster level of the item in question, just like with scrolls - the difference between a 6th level wand of fireball and a 10th level one is that the former does a 6d6 fireball and the latter does a 10d6 one, so it makes sense that the latter costs more and that people tend to make scrolls at the lowest possible caster level (you're not obligated to make ones of your level).

Okay, I guess a wand of fireball was a bad example (I didn't realize that its damage scales with the caster level). But for other spells or powers, ones that do *not* scale, you can just craft the wand or whatever at the minimum level required to use it?

Yeah, usually at the minimum (at least for scrolls, as mentioned).

So for a Psion to craft a Dorje of Energy Missile, it would take (3 x 2 x 750) 4,500 gp and 180 xp? Also 4 and a half days of crafting time, but my backstory gives me plenty of time to do that.

Sorry if I sound a bit obtuse, I just want to make absolutely sure that I've got this right.

Yes, this is correct.

First session was unfortunately slow, but had some gems.

Considering I already announced it, and the others (except IO) are still out, no. We're still cancelled.

The Discord chat, it's a lot more convenient to keep track of for the most part, especially when you consider the mixed roster we're working with.

What, you couldn't at least drop a "by the way, shit's canceled" post here?

Should I even bother checking back next week?
