There is much work to be done, the copper needs forging into brass and the above ground plans are set. The caravans shall marvel at our wealth as the brass towers dominate the landscape!
Make Mastercrafted steel armor and weapons for all the squads you wan
Make bolts out of remaining steel and some of the copper for fighting invaders.
Make Mastercrafted statues and furniture out of all the precious metals.
Decorate the statues/furniture with copper studs, gems and bones and everything else you can think of to raise their value
Spam them everywhere, give every dwarf some copper decorated copper furniture
Make expensive items out of copper and trade them to caravans. I like to make dwarven caravans bring lots of leather, cloth and gems(for decorating items) and it can get quite expensive sometimes, so its nice to have good items to trade.
Did you know food is stupid expensive? I didn't. Usually a barrel of roasts gets me everything I need from the caravan
Just put Make copper bolts on repeat and build a few archery targets. Your marksdwarves will take care of it.
I've actually found myself reliant on marksdwarves in the past, so on this file, no marksdwarves unless absolutely necessary.
Plate the floors and walls with copper, make lots of copper statues and make all your furniture and goblets out of copper.
Can you engrave on constructed walls and floors of brass/copper? If so I'll do that if not my engraved obsidian bedrooms are staying.
The Statue of Liberty is made out of copper.
I've decided T O W E R S.
Build in it, or train a legendary blacksmith, weaponsmith, and armourer the hard way. Make barrels and bins from it! EVERYONE loves booze served in lead barrels!
Sadly, my bins and barrel needs have already been taken care of, though I'm slowly switching over to metal for all furniture. My poor mason is going to be out of work soon.
