You have a frankly rather disappointing week of hunting. You catch enough to eat, but the area of swamp you explore is irritatingly devoid of interesting features or creatures. You add a number of somewhat mundane pelts, skins and feathers to your hoard upon your return {
500 silver coins}, but the good news is that a familiar kobold is awaiting you.

Gugujib has not had the most successful fortnight either, but she hasn't been entirely useless. She provides directions to a dozen kobold homesteads in the surrounding fifty miles of swamp; they have varying degrees of protection, but generally a small fence to keep out wild animals, with all the adults defending in the event of an attack (mostly hunters, so either with spears or bows) or else retreating to a nearby village for a big threat.
She also knows the location of three villages. One is Igrylligus, where you visited before. Igrylligus is mostly known in the local area for its fertile rice paddies and productive agriculture, as well as exporting sake to the surrounding homesteads; it is the most prosperous of the local villages and trades with at least the other two if not more. Gugujib has the best details on Igrylligus' defence, being from the village herself, and can tell you that in addition to its main defence of the village wall, the village supports about thirty 'full time' warriors, who fight with both spear and bow and who are used to acting as a well-trained co-ordinated unit. On top of that, about a hundred of the villagers could form a militia, fighting mostly with bows but without as much skill or tenacity as the warriors.
The second village is Korobatbat, which has a bit of a reputation in the swamps as a bad boy. The Korobatbat kobolds extort high 'taxes' out of the surrounding homesteads, occasionally going on a raid when they think a homestead outside their protection is unguarded. They are far more militaristic, and built their home atop a hillock akin to Igrylligus, but with much less fertile surrounds. Gugujib knows that Korobatbat is smaller than Igylligus, but doesn't know how much by. She also knows that they have 'a lot' of warriors.
The last village is Bomugil, which Gugujib hasn't been to herself because it's quite out of the way but she knows about it and roughly where it is. Bomugil is located in a particularly dank, foetid and deadly part of the swamp filled with highly toxic plants and animals, which serve as both defence against other kobolds and their livelihood. Igrylligus trades pretty frequently with Bomugil, exchanging food and sake for herbs and medicines, which the Bomugil kobolds seem to be proficient in producing. Gugujib doesn't know anything in particular about their defences, save that the chieftess of the tribe is a powerful apothecary.
What will you do with Gugujib now?
A) Reward her for her service. Let her take a trinket from the hoard. {You may select this and another option.}
B) Her use is at an end, and you could use a snack.
C) Send her back out to spy again, as before.
D) Use her for something else.
And what will you do?
A) Get some sleep. We're still carrying that wound from the lizard fight a week ago, even if it isn't a serious one.
B) Take advantage of those homesteads you know about. You can always decide to raid, raze or trade with them later.
C) Head back to Igrylligus. Maybe we can take another shot at this.
D) Pay a visit to Korobatbat. Half-decent warriors sound interesting.
E) Seek out Bomugil and that apothecary.
F) Something else?
