61No go. Aule heats up some metal and shapes it, but the result is brittle, and Aule shatters weapon after weapon in frustration. The dwarves are unable to temper their metal.

The dwarves use their understanding of logic to reverse what has been done.
Year 101.1
Metal cannot be shaped on an anvil or a forge. This makes no sense. The chemical makeup of metal is that so it must be forged in fire, which defies what the aandmen seem to be able to do. The metal should not be unable to be shaped. There is no way pther than fire to dhape metal, which means that metal can no longer be shaped. However, this also means that all metal cannot be shaped, or melted, or anything, which means that in a little while, the sun, the core of the earth, and several other things, are going to suddenly become solid, leading to the eventual deaths of every living creature on existance. This, however, has not happened yet, despite metalsmithing not working for a long time. So, according to the laws of physics, we should be able to metalsmith.
The law created by the sandmen's god then dissapears, in a puff of logic, and the dwarves go back to their ordinary routine.

((The planet is literally a mobius strip, so reality is a little stretched here. I would refer you to rule number one here as well. To be fair, when I made the change, I wasn't aware that any other race had invented metalsmithing yet. I hadn't intended to tank anybody else. Also... by Fangirls rolls, it seems as though both Dwarves and Sand dwellers should have figured out sea foraging. ))

Year 102: Sanddweller scouts find a massive desert in the new lands. They name it 'The Desert of Memory'.
They give maps of this new desert for everyone to see.

Year 104: Mamgug performs a magic ritual. He spills his blood upon all the trees of the island and sacrifices animals to draw power from their death. After performing the ritual the trees on the island form distorted faces upon them. The trees bear two kinds of fruit Giants Heart and Blood Seed. Giants Heart when planted into the ground will eventual grow into a Giant after a year and Blood Seed when planted will grow into more of the red-white faced trees. Mamgug names the trees Godwoods in honor of Yig as he believes that they are a sacred gift of Yig.
