Various bureaucratic work has been completed on Parsia; its population is quite big, and thus the numbers on the censuses went up a notch. Also, the gemstone mines on the opposite end of the Parsian mountains are now added to your economy!

1195 AD, Late Summer
Shocking news arrive from Eldrican!
Sadly, the little boy King, Tetan IV, has died from high fever. The regency council, against wishes of some more western-oriented noblemen, have decided to invite Irvalina - or rather, her husband, Hein of Methiant - as the next ruler of Eldrican Kingdom!
They say in a letter that despite being female, Irvalina (and her kids) are the closest in line to the throne after all other claimants dropped dead during plague, and after Tetan IV expired. It seems that they're even dismissing several (distant) cousins n-times removed as potential new Kings of Eldrican, instead opting for someone with already big family...
To some of your courtiers it looks like a sign of desperation and weakness, to other, a solid proof of Yoean prestige and fame. Entirety of Methiantese court is gossiping about this, and Hein, on urging of his wife, is preparing to accept the invitation.
A) Hold it! Hein ain't going nowhere, because reasons!
B) Only if he swears loyalty to Methiantese crown!
C) An adult relative on Eldrican throne? Ka-ching!
