I still don't know what a Phataract is, but it gave them some bonus on the rolls

the cataphract would have been far more useful for us earlier but now due to the development of personal fire arms they will be in the near future somewhat obsolete and will become more and more obsolete as time goes on due to new developments in personal fire arms remember there is a reason why modern military’s have largely abandoned the horse.

but we didn’t get the choice I think we could only ask the kingdom of cydwyl for help besides the duchy of eval Calvary could have been used to speed up the conquest.

You might say basil Calvary is useless in a siege due to that they can’t come with war machines but I say
They could just dissemble the war machine take the parts and when they reach a city They can just reassemble it on site like the mongols did.
