As an auxiliary to any of the choices, I think the Advisor should discreetly point out to various fathers that the emperor's court might not be the most fashionable place for young noblewomen to enter society for the next decade (or more). And our staff coordinator should maybe avoid fresh young girls for any position that could conceivably be within the emperor's sight, ever. These measures won't curb Yoe's 4 appetite, as we've already seen, but it might avoid the worst of the scandals where we get someone pregnant who really shouldn't be yet.

B) Preemptively declare war against the Sim Empire!!
C) Write a letter to Sim Emperor in which you hope that cooperation will thrive forever between Sim Empire, Methiant, and Methiantese allies like Parsia.

As for funds being sent into Simian Treasury...

A) We need those trade goods of theirs!
B) Let's stop buying t'chai leaves to make them think about this.
C) Let's stop buying spices to make them think about this.
D) Stop all trade with this warmongering Mahjar Sim at once!

As for warning of the Parsians...

A) Obviously, we can't keep them in the dark!

AAB screw parsia here is a much better alliance thanks to our trade deal with neo Gupta they will not declare war on us and we need the manpower to counterbalance both the  damedian republic and empire.

what do we need parsia for the new Gupta has all we need and far more resources than that of parsia could ever hope to have.

parsia has constantly been a pain in our butt while Gupta or at least new Gupta has been actually somewhat decent and we need manpower in huge amounts to combat the republic.

This is a short time strategy, if gutba gets bigger he becomes a higher threat to us, after they get the ketton clothes the parsians have (or even beguin to use those phalataract that I ALWAYS forget how to spell) maybe we will get less important to them and it will become easier to get squished by those giants surrounding us

The gutban need only one crazy leader to turn from allies to our doom

Maybe the parsians even decide to flock under our banner to make sure they aren't going to get squished by another war, or just pay us in silver/ketton cloth
