I think Proclaiming Religious Equality is a terrible idea that might fuck up our union with the deeply Pantheonist Cydwyl, but revoking the trade commission that makes us money in times of relative hardship is even more stupid, so I'll vote for the lesser of two evils.

Edit: Sometimes compromise just works out.

Because the worst problems were during the year or so we had both active at the same time. It's a case of one or the other, in my mind, and if we want the guaranteed income of the Passage Tax we should get rid of the protectionist Trade Commission first.

I don't think we're actually in that much monetary troubles, sure, we're low on cash and we just lost the gold mines, but we also just purchased an artifact and had a really bad year income wise. So, I don't think we're that bad, so long as we avoid more stupid expenses. Given that I think Revoking the Commission is the least terrible of the terrible ideas currently winning, so I'm going to swap my vote to that.
