We did lose the dynasty at the very start of SPAMKINGDOM+ and the nobles of the realm got together and elected Estwalf as the new duke. And we literally passed an edict that makes passing the Imperial crown to a person outside the dynasty not just possible, but readily doable with well-established provisions.

 That first was right at the beginning of the game. Pretty sure Haspen only let us do that so it wouldn't be over on turn 10. For all we know that edict just means the empire will survive after us, not that we get a free pass on killing off all our characters.

The Army has withdrawn from Orcworld; for now, only the Fortress garrison, scouts and scholars remain there.

And in good moment, too! There are riots near the Evalian border; Pantheonist worshippers are being killed by those of other faiths, with majority of them being of Damedian kind.

The governor asks for help in this troubling situation.

A) Nah, I've got more important things to do.
B) Fine, I will send my glorious Army to do the job.
C) A letter calling for reason will surely work.

You did it! The letter made the warring faiths reconsider their actions and finally they decided to lay down their weapons. Of course leaders of the rioting parties had to be dealt with, but you stopped much larger bloodspill! Everyone praises your name and thinks better of your office; Pantheonists for bringing peace to your subjects, your subjects for defense of Pantheonism against foreign faith.
