Sounds like a lot of Cydwyl's wealth is also going into their pockets, if they're able to pull all that off. I say E. No mess, and their possessions can be seized by the state which will allow allow him to actual fund his own country.

I think C or E are the best options... Although they are all bad options right now, realistically we need a few years to scrape together an army before we should feel okay sparking off a potential rebellion...

Maybe we could send Leath up on a visit to his sister to help Cidric consolidate his power in the vacuum that would be left.

Okay, with the new option in, I purpose this. We've got a potentially unfriendly neighbor to the west, but other then that we're basically fine. I think we wait for 2, maybe 3 years to let us recover from these draining series of wars, then come in and help him clean house.

Our excellent accountants (or spies) could find plenty of real (or "real") evidence of corruption, some of it possibly for capital crimes.
