A report comes from the Orcworld; the construction of the citadel is progressing smoothly, and orcish raiders are repelled without much casualties, but the commander of the to-be-constructed fort believes that it would be beneficial to speed construction somewhat, because the orcish raiding groups are only getting larger as of late. He fears the orcs might prepare a large assault once again, and he would rather have somewhere safe to hide and weather the savage tide.

A) Coward! I will send him more soldiers if he is so scared of facing orcs in battle.
B) He is a little tense, isn't he? I doubt the situation is that bad, he really doesn't need the supplies.
C) Alright, that is some sound reasoning. He will have the supplies.
