You decide to invite the famous sculptor to your palace.

Two weeks later, he arrives with several of his aides and pupils. He immediately thanks you for the invitation.

"I envision a large marble statue, your Majesty, in the palace's courtyard. It would represent you, holding a sword aloft toward anyone entering the palace through the main gate. I would use a special glaze to give the statue a snow-white polish that will last decades."

A) "That is fine. Get to work, maestro!"
B) "How about something taller, larger, and in the central plaza of the capital city instead?"
C) "That doesn't please me at all! I won't be buying your services."

You tell him of your vision; a large marble statue of your humble self, seated on a horse, with sword drawn high over the plaza. The entirety of the statue as tall as a brickhouse, on a lovely, rectangular dais.

"That will take a bit longer and will be a bit more expensive than the statue I planned for the courtyard, but I will gladly fulfill your request." The sculptor leave the audience room.

Few days later, you receive a report; Eddryn estimates that his project will take two years, during which he and his pupils expect to be paid. Of course they will be paid!

1153 AD, Autumn

Torrential rains have assaulted the region this time, but the Scepter, shining and pulsating, has made sure that there is no inundation or flooding. Praised be dwarves!

You receive a letter from King Ahmad of Parsia; he wishes to marry his eldest daughter, Miram, to your grandson and Houlandin's heir, Llewyn.

A) No thanks, we already had enough trouble with Parsian family members.
B) Sure thing, let's just hope she won't turn out to be second coming of Abis.
C) Lemme grab Houlandin and ask him real quick what he thinks of this offer.
